DONGJING MENG HUA LU / 卷三
Meng stops following one street and begins naming religious institutions across the capital. The page keeps his location phrases visible while refusing to turn a textual directory into invented coordinates.
OPEN THE SACRED DIRECTORY ↓Each card keeps Meng's own location phrase. The clusters organize reading on screen; they do not claim measured distance, exact orientation or surviving coordinates.

Common electronic text has「又道士」; Siku reads「女道士」.Entry 19 moved outward from Xiangguo Temple by street sequence. Entry 20 changes scale again. Meng compresses the city into a list of institutions and location phrases. The result is religious geography without a survey.

Shangqing Palace was north of the street inside New Song Gate; to its west was the lower court of Maoshan. Liquan Guan was inside East Water Gate. Guanyin Yuan was behind Old Song Gate, by the south gate of the imperial ancestral temple. Jingde Temple stood behind Shangqing Palace; in front of it was Peach-Blossom Cave, occupied by courtesan houses. Kaibao Temple stood on the diagonal street outside Old Fengqiu Gate and contained twenty-four courts, of which Renwang Yuan was the most prominent. The list continues across Qinghui Bridge, Jinshui Gate, Lujia Lane, Tanchang Lane, Chenzhou Gate, western lanes, Sweetwater Lane, Old Caomen and other anchors, ending with Taihe Palace and Dongyuan Guan associated with women Daoists, Yaohua Palace, and Wanshou Guan outside Old Suanzao Gate in front of Shiwang Palace.
The chapter's value lies in plurality and distribution. Religious institutions are remembered through ordinary urban anchors — gates, bridges, lanes and commercial streets — rather than isolated in a single sacred precinct.
Meng supplies relative location language, but this passage does not provide a measured citywide plan. The constellation above groups names to expose repetition and spread. It should never be read as a georeferenced reconstruction.
The page retains 仁王院 in the working text and records the Siku form rather than silently smoothing the difference.
The Siku reading fits the parallel phrase 太和宮女道士 and is used here as the working lock. The common form remains visible because this is a collation choice, not a claim that the transmission is uniform.
The religious directory closes Movement B. The next entry returns to Mahang Street and extended-hours retail.
THE CITY EATS LATE.
