1. Acceptance of terms

By using MixMatter, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not use MixMatter.

2. What MixMatter is

MixMatter is a source-aware visual reconstruction Agent Skill that transforms user-supplied photographs into contemporary print-driven editorial compositions.

Version 1.0 is primarily intended for visual reconstruction of an existing source photograph. It is image-only and is not intended to function as a general-purpose graphic-design system, professional typesetting system, or from-scratch typography-led poster service.

3. Publisher status

MixMatter is published by Fan Jiale, an individual developer, under the Galok brand. Galok is a personal publishing brand and not a separate legal entity.

4. Host platforms and policies

MixMatter normally operates within ChatGPT, Codex, or another compatible host environment.

Your use of those host platforms is also governed by their own terms of service, usage policies, privacy policies, and content rules.

You must comply with the host platform's usage policies and may not use MixMatter to evade or circumvent those policies.

5. User-provided content

You are responsible for ensuring that any photograph, image, text, or other material you provide:

You are responsible for having the rights needed to use photographs that depict identifiable people, trademarks, logos, or other protected material.

The publisher is not responsible for publicity, privacy, trademark, copyright, or similar claims arising from source materials you supply or from outputs derived from them.

6. Generated results

MixMatter uses AI-assisted image generation or editing through the host environment. Outputs may contain:

MixMatter does not guarantee identical results across runs and does not guarantee that outputs are suitable for a particular commercial, printing, legal, or professional purpose.

You should review outputs before publishing, printing, distributing, or using them commercially.

7. Intellectual property

Skill text, prompt systems, code, or documentation in the MixMatter project that are expressly released under the MIT License may be used under the terms of that license.

The MIT License does not automatically grant rights to use the MixMatter or Galok names, logos, brand identity, or trademark-like identifiers.

You may not use MixMatter or Galok branding in a way that falsely suggests official authorization, partnership, endorsement, or an official version without permission.

Example images, showcase materials, third-party materials, and other non-code assets may be subject to their original rights and licenses.

8. Rights in user content and outputs

The publisher does not obtain ownership of your original photographs merely because you use MixMatter.

Rights in generated outputs and permitted uses may also depend on:

MixMatter is not directed specifically to children.

Users must comply with the host platform's age requirements and applicable law.

Availability may vary by host platform, account type, surface, model capability, and region.

The publisher does not guarantee that MixMatter will remain available in every country, on every host surface, or with every model capability.

MixMatter may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part.

12. Disclaimer

MixMatter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher makes no express or implied warranty regarding:

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use MixMatter.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to every user.

14. Third-party services

MixMatter may depend on or operate within third-party host platforms, website infrastructure, repositories, or other services.

Those third-party services are governed by their own terms. The publisher does not control their availability, data practices, or policy changes.

15. Intellectual-property complaints

Intellectual-property complaints about MixMatter project materials published by the publisher may be sent to galokview@outlook.com.

This contact does not create an obligation for the publisher to adjudicate disputes about user-supplied images processed only on the host platform.
